About Helen

Helen has been involved in devised and contemporary theatre
for nearly 30 years. Her first venture into theatre was through
street theatre and carnival. Since then she has been involved in
several London Theatre groups as an actor, director, set and
costume designer. Her love of colour and training in interior
and theatre design informs her work. She is a founder member
of STC and currently organises the programme of monthly
stagecraft workshops.

About the workshop

If you enjoy devising sketches and improvisation this is the night
for you. Take the costume from the rail and see what story
unfolds. This informal session will give everyone the chance to
work on your own or with someone else to devise a short
performance piece inspired by costumes. No experience
necessary.
