Description:
STC’s now annual new writing scheme:
We’re on the hunt for unpublished sketches, monologues and short plays.
Send your script to us and if accepted we’ll perform and discuss your work at our workshop on 8th September 2020 at 7.30pm.
Submissions (10 minutes maximum run-time) should be sent to info@streathamtheatre.org.uk titled ‘Streatham Shorts’ by 18th August
Monologues, sketches and short plays are acceptable. Extracts from longer works are not suitable for this event.
Selected writers will be notified and should ideally be available to introduce/ present their piece at the workshop which will be online on zoom.
Last year several entries went on to be performed by STC actors at our December “Streatham’s Got Talent” event.
